And the award for least likely person to become a pastor goes to....You guessed it.  Having never sat in church with his mother or father, Justin never saw himself as someone with a future in church, let alone ministry.  After a dream/career in music, it wasn't church that caught his attention, it was Jesus. Jesus really does change everything, even the plans you have for your life.  He began ministry at CCC in 2014 as a youth pastor and eventually becoming  worship leader. In  2020 he was asked to pastor the church and said yes. According to Justin, a life of surrender is just stacking yes upon yes! Justin has been married to his beautiful wife Felicia since 2010 and one son, Nixon, who came after a long journey of infertility.

Jacob is married to  his high school sweet-heart Courtney Paige and dad to the coolest 3 year old alive, Wren.  Jacob originally set sail for pharmacy school, but after an encounter at a worship night, Jesus wrecked his heart and sent him on a journey that landed him at Conway Cowboy Church.  He has been here a total of 5 years. The first two as a part-time youth pastor before going full time as our worship leader and youth pastor for the last three years.  His heart is simple, point people to Jesus and pray that He changes their lives!

Brandy and her husband Doug have been married for over 20 years. They’re proud parents to Ethan and Gracie—and even prouder grandparents to two adorable granddaughters, Charlie and Harper, thanks to Ethan and his wife Kallee. Brandy spent more than two decades in the corporate world, but then Jesus had other plans.  Brandy joined the church team part-time in 2022 and went full-time in 2024. She’s the go-to for keeping things organized and supporting all the day-to-day operations with a heart for serving our church family!
